1、 Overview

The ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision hard toothed belt thrust pack gear transmission device designed for plastic and rubber screw extruders. The product design refers to the various technical specifications specified in JB/T8853-2001 "Cylindrical Gear Reducer". Its characteristic is that the gear and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel material. Gears are processed through carburizing, quenching, and grinding processes. The gear accuracy is GBl0095-88.6 level. Tooth surface hardness HRC54-62. A large-sized thrust bearing is configured at the front end of the hollow output shaft. Endure the axial thrust during the operation of the screw. The main standard components such as bearings and oil seals are made of high-quality domestic products, and can be equipped with imported products according to user needs. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high load-bearing capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, and high efficiency. The product performance has reached the international advanced level and can replace imported products of the same type.
The specifications and transmission ratios in this series of products are commonly used data by existing users. Users can select based on the actual transmission torque of the screw and the allowable output torque listed in Table (2). If you need to match with a rubber extruder, please provide specific technical parameters and consult our factory to determine the selection.

2、 Applicable conditions

1. The high-speed shaft speed of the reducer shall not exceed 1500r/min.

2. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20m/s.

3. The working environment temperature is -40-45 ℃. If the temperature is below 0 ℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0 ℃ before starting. When the temperature exceeds the specified range, additional lubrication heating or cooling devices can be configured according to user requirements. This reducer can be used for both forward and reverse operation, but some models have a one-way oil pump on the high-speed shaft. The default direction is facing the output shaft, which rotates clockwise. If there is a change in direction, please specify it when placing an order.
